Active Prospects
Lists all active prospects (people who have triggered your autoresponder recently and are in your autoresponder cycle, waiting for all follow-ups to be delivered) and lets you edit/remove entries; you may also add more prospects manually (granted you have their permission)
Mailing List
Shows your account's mailing list (all people who have triggered your account in the past, not just the active prospects); you can edit/remove/import entires
Removals
Shows a list of e-mail addresses of people who removed themselves from your autoresponder, by clicking on the link that's added automatically to the end of your Autoresponders
Undeliverables
Views a list of e-mails that were rejected ('bounced-back') by the e-mail system, because for example your prospective customer changed her e-mail address
Tracking
Helps you determine where your prospects came from;
Exporting Active Prospects
Another feature exports your Active Prospects in CSV (comma separated variable) format. This is a text file format that many software programs, such as contact management systems will import.
When you export your Active Prospects in CSV format, you will be prompted to save the file to your local machine.
To export, login to the control panel for your account, then select "active prospects" from the menu bar. Follow the instructions on-screen to export your active prospect to your local machine in csv format. You can click Help on the menu bar for a more detailed explanation of the operation.
